1. General Terms

1.2. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

2. Bookings and Payments

2.1. All bookings made through this website are subject to availability. Tours To Do PR reserves the right to refuse any booking for any reason.
2.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept payment via Viator, FareHarbor, GetYourGuide.
2.3. Cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

  • Full Refund: For cancellations made up to 3 days before the experience start time. To initiate the refund process, you must contact the merchant through which you made the payment (e.g., Viator, FareHarbor, GetYourGuide) within this time period.
  • Partial Refund (80%): For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the experience start time. You must contact the appropriate merchant to begin the partial refund process.
  • No Refund: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience start time, no refunds will be issued. Please be aware that contacting the merchant for such late cancellations may not result in any refund.

2.4. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking, following the refund policies and procedures of the specific merchant (e.g., Viator, FareHarbor, GetYourGuide). Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to process, but in some cases, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to appear on your original method of payment.

3. Assumption of Risk

3.1. The term “Activities” shall include all activities, events, or services provided, arranged, organized, conducted, sponsored, or authorized by Tours To Do PR. This includes, but is not limited to, hiking, trekking, rock climbing, rappelling, cave exploration, camping, salsa classes, and travel to and from tour areas.
3.2. Participants acknowledge the inherent risks involved in the Activities and agree to assume all risks, including, but not limited to, the risk of injury, illness, or death.
3.3. Tours To Do PR and its affiliates shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, or property damage arising out of participation in the Activities.

4. Health and Safety

4.1. Participants are responsible for informing Tours To Do PR of any existing medical conditions, allergies, or other health concerns that may affect their ability to participate in the Activities.
4.2. Tours To Do PR reserves the right to refuse participation in any Activity if a participant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if the participant does not comply with safety instructions.
4.3. Participants are responsible for bringing any necessary medications, such as those for severe allergic reactions, and for informing the trip leader of their condition.

5. Cancellation and Modification of Tours

5.1. Tours To Do PR reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to bad weather, civil protests, accidents, or road closures.
5.2. In the event of a cancellation by Tours To Do PR, participants will receive a full refund.
5.3. Tours To Do PR is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants in the event of a tour cancellation or modification.

6. Release of Liability

6.1. By participating in the Activities, participants agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Tours To Do PR, its employees, agents, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, damages, demands, or causes of action arising out of participation in the Activities.
6.2. This release is binding on participants’ heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and representatives.

7. Image Use

7.1. Participants grant permission to Tours To Do PR to use photographs and videos of them for promotional purposes, including but not limited to brochures, newsletters, websites, and social media.
7.2. No compensation will be provided for the use of these images.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1. Tours To Do PR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
