Refund And Return Policy

1. All bookings made through this website are subject to availability. Tours To Do PR reserves the right to refuse any booking for any reason.
2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept payment via Viator, FareHarbor, GetYourGuide.
3. Cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

  • Full Refund: For cancellations made up to 3 days before the experience start time. To initiate the refund process, you must contact the merchant through which you made the payment (e.g., Viator, FareHarbor, GetYourGuide) within this time period.
  • Partial Refund (80%): For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the experience start time. You must contact the appropriate merchant to begin the partial refund process.
  • No Refund: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience start time, no refunds will be issued. Please be aware that contacting the merchant for such late cancellations may not result in any refund.

4. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking, following the refund policies and procedures of the specific merchant (e.g., Viator, FareHarbor, GetYourGuide). Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to process, but in some cases, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to appear on your original method of payment.
